How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered in 1 to 2 business days to metro areas and 3 to 4 business days to regional areas, from the moment your order is confirmed. As soon as your parcel ships, you'll automatically receive an email and SMS with a real time tracking link, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way, from our warehouse to your door.

From that link, you can redirect your parcel to a Parcel Locker or Post Office of your choice at no extra cost, leave delivery instructions or choose a safe place. Everything is managed directly from your tracking link.
