By default, your order is delivered to your home. As soon as it ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. From that link, you can redirect your parcel to a Parcel Locker or Post Office of your choice at no extra cost, leave delivery instructions or choose a safe place. Everything is managed directly from your tracking link.

Every AeroCool is covered by a 2 year warranty from the date you receive it.

For your return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition, complete, and returned with all accessories and documents (remote control, user manual, etc.).
